Atomic Harmonizer (100K)

This compact array of micro tuning forks vibrates the spinal column in such a way that every atom in the body resonates at a specific frequency. By matching the frequency of solid objects, the user is able to completely pass through them unharmed. 

The calculations for large, stationary objects are relatively easy, but only master technicians are able to use this device to avoid the razor sharp edge of an oncoming katana. The device requires an action to activate with a TECH check, focus to maintain, and 20 power for every 10 seconds it is operating.
